Just Because You Can Build Your Own CRM Doesn’t Mean You Should
Traditional CRMs are expensive, hard to maintain, hard to use, and full of hidden costs and consultants. That’s real, I’m not debating that. Building your own doesn’t fix the underlying problem. It just moves the cost, complexity, and risk onto your team and ends up causing more problems than it solves.
