Downhill mountain biker. Jeremy’s been helping healthcare organizations run highly successful research programs since 2003. Universally acknowledged as an irreverent trouble maker, his goal is to burn the research industry to the ground so something better will emerge from the ashes.

When Brody learned about the mission of Reaction to build the world’s first Growth Acceleration Platform, he knew this was the place to be. He keeps busy with two little ones at home, loves sports, reading, learning new things, and hang’n out with the fam.
CFO
Born & raised in Ohio, Al moved to Utah to be closer to his first love, Mountain Biking. He put himself through college by wrenching on bikes. Al graduated first in his class from UVU, hung up his pedal wrench & picked up his calculator at Peterson & Harris, CPA. It was over their shared passion for mountain biking that Jeremy connected with Al, later inviting him to join the Reaction team.
Junior Software Engineer
Software developer and graduate of Brigham Young University–Idaho. Drawn to building things that don’t exist yet, and then making them better. When not developing software projects, he’s usually outside skiing, camping, mountain biking, trying something new or inside designing board games and card games.

Michael is currently studying Information Systems at BYU because he has come to love working with technology and analyzing data. He loves sports, particularly football and basketball. His ideal weekend in the fall is spent watching a lot of college football. He is also a diehard BYU football and basketball fan that knows more obscure random facts about each than he’d like to admit. He also likes spending time outdoors and exploring new places.
AI developer
Kynan is a maple syrup drinking, hockey playing, moose riding Canadian. This die hard Oilers fan is always ready to make a joke about the great white north and have some fun. Currently surviving his final few semesters at the University of Alberta studying Computing Science with Specialization. In addition to interning at Reaction, Kynan is also a Research Assistant doing work with AI in video games.
Data analytics
When Bryce isn’t developing new algorithms or new auto-generated insight tools, he enjoys reading comic books, playing board games competitively, and hiking or camping in new places. He also love’s spending time with his wife and kids.
Marketing Manager
Avid artist, meme connoisseur, and professional nerd. Graphic design is her passion. When she’s not getting frustrated at Adobe, she spends every second of her free time drawing, browsing the internet for good memes, and playing Dungeons and Dragons.
Client Operations
Emma is a magna cume laude graduate from BYU-Idaho where she got her degree in accounting. She is a textbook nerd and a classical singing enthusiast. When Emma isn’t working, she’s either playing piano, writing songs, rappelling, or vigorously exercising at a level that is questionably unhealthy.

Biz dev extraordinaire. Mick has been a Reaction advisory board member since 2013. He is currently an Angel Investor and before that was Vice President at National Decision Support Company (which was acquired by Optum). He is a top-performing sales and marketing executive with 15 years of experience in key positions focused on strategic business development at leading providers of health care technology and medical imaging solutions.
Advisor
Tyler is the former VP of Marketing & Operations at Reaction. He left the glory of running marketing and operations to become a professor of PR at the University of Connecticut. Prior to Reaction, he started the marketing and public relations department at Qualtrics before falling in love with research and returning to school to do more of it.

Mike is currently the head of sales and marketing at BINGLI. Mike is a purpose driven executive with decades of experience across healthcare technology and services. He has extensive experience commercializing new products, scaling teams and organizations, driving recurring revenue streams and executing strategic plans within diverse, innovative and rapidly evolving environments.
